It made quite a ruckus.
“Oh, goodness,” a startled President Obama said. “Sorry about that, guys.”
He then proceeded on with his remarks, “To pull our economy back from the brink, including the largest and most sweeping economic recovery plan in our nation’s history…”
For the rest of the speech the president relied on the one remaining teleprompter, to his right, and notes on his podium to finish his speech.
Shards of glass remained near the president’s feet for the duration of his speech.
The horror! The horror! The horror!
I demand a Senate investigation! The heinous affair was, after all, caught on film.

The Stimulus Bill HAD to be approved in 24 hours. The Stimulus money HAD to start being deployed IMMEDIATELY for SHOVEL READY projects.
Now, months later, most of the Stimulus money is waiting for a year or two to be deployed. Sidestepping the fact that the Stimulus bill has done jack to stimulate; (10% unemployment versus the 8% they quoted as a measurement goal) Obama now says it has all gone according to plan and that recovery is years away.
Apparently, the media, like each and every liberal, tunes into Msnbc each morning to find out what they are supposed to believe for that day. Becuase such blatant 180's never get called by the media. And Obama has done a 180on each and every significant campaign promise.
The liberals that I know aren't even paying attention. When I ask them, they say What "Stimulus bill?", "What's a Cap and Trade bill?" etc.
The Libs don't mind. They're still livin on Bush Hate and the worse the country gets, the more they get to hate Bush even more. They love how incompetent Obama and crew are. They Love it.
Regards your previous post, they thought Dissent was patrotic didn't they? Now that their boy is in the White House, any form of dissent is met by threats worthy of Adolph Hitler's Fascist State.
It is amazing how hypocritical and sociopathic libs can be. They'll believe anything some bimbo who probably skated through college getting a 'communications degree' IF THAT - tells them on their education channel - Msnbc.
It would be funny as hell if it wasn't so destructive to so many people that truely don't deserve this shit. And I'm not one of those at present. I'm doing quite well thank you, but I can see the pain out there. It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

TOTUS's luck ran out. He was warned to stop dissen' the Prez on his blog. It was only a matter of time before he ended up like Vince Foster.
It's funny when the Great One doesn't have a teleprompter... doesn't sound quite as smooth and glib. No wonder he never goes anywhere without one... or three.
