My thoughts exactly. I was so stunned when I heard this last night and am still stunned.
Fellow pro-lifers have been sending e-mails celebrating the passage of the stupak amendment.
Sorry if I don't share in the celebration. That is nothing but a small fig leaf for the blue dogs to cover themselves with. Because of their lack of testicular fortitude, it only takes a small leaf to cover them.
Pelosi and her fellow liberal bloodsuckers will have their free abortions, either through planned parenthood funding, loopholes, whatever.
I don't believe these lying bastards for a second.
I'm pissed off over at Woodsterman Too, also. I took a funny day off. I have posted the name of the one lone Republican that voted for the bill.

I'm reading this morning that this version of socialized medicine will not see the light of day.
I think Obama and Pelosi pushed very hard to get this through to change the subject from Tuesday's election.
That being said, we are getting way too close to becoming a Marxist utopia... One vote away from Cap & Tax, and government run health care.

Little do the pro-lifers know that this amendment will be discarded at earliest convenience of the left. The pro abortion folks won't be under the bus for long. They did this to save face, nothing more.
I'm having a hard time dealing with it, too. Our reps defy description.
