@BarackObama Finally Accomplished Something: He Blocked Me on Twitter

After putting up with my heckling for 3 and a half years, first here, more recently over the past 20 months on Twitter, President Toddler, the crybaby-in-chief, finally blocked me on Twitter.

LMFAO.

I have a super-secret list on Twitter that only I know about because I've set the viewing settings to private. Periodically, I troll various leftists I've added to that list, with Barack Obama (@BarackObama) being my prime target. After all, I promised the night he was elected to hound his ass for the next four years, and I've kept my promise, unlike him.

Today, I noticed someone else retweeting some nonsense one of Obama's lackeys tweeted from the Obama account about the Republicans not deserving to be in charge of the economy next year because they "ran it into the ditch" before he flew in on his unicorn to lower the tides and raise our prospects in life ... by pitting American against American and setting out to systematically tear this country apart.

So I popped over to my super-secret Marxists list to heckle King Zero, only to find his tweet wasn't there. A little exploration on the web version of Twitter lead me to find this:

As you can see, his account claims to be "protected," but a president who sends out some 10 tweets a day begging for money doesn't have a protected account. No. He's blocked me.

You can imagine my delight: To be blocked by the thinnest-skinned president in the history of our country is quite a badge of honor, and I'm going to wear it proudly.

Now, being a good heckler, I hammer him, day in and day out, and I'm pretty sure I know what lead to my place on his enemies list. The day Mitt Romney joked about Obama's birth certificate in Michigan, the Obama 2012 campaign immediately fired off 3 whiny, mealy-mouthed tweets so over the top in their reaction to a joke, I had to pounce.

Could this have been the tweet (typo and all) that got me blocked?
Or maybe this one?

Or this?
But, alas, while all of those tweets were insulting, no other tweet I've ever sent him could be more insulting ... and result in blocking than this one containing artwork that, by the way, my wife penned a few years ago:

So. There you have it. If you want to be honored with a block from President Crybaby, the toddler-in-chief, just tweet him "his" birth certificate, since he can't take a joke, and you'll join the growing list of Americans on his enemies list. And I will welcome you.

Your Nation's Past: Will You Reclaim It?

There once was a land far away, in which principled men established a civilization like no other seen before it, and no other seen since.

It was a civilization in which the rule of law allowed for human beings, endowed by their creator, to set forth on their own journeys, to pursue their own interests, to hone their own talents and succeed by the comforting sweat of their own brows and the rewarding agony of their own thoughts. It was a civilization in which human beings were responsible for their actions, where failure was their teacher, not their signal to throw up their arms and accept enslaving handouts. It was a civilization in which despots and elected criminals had to have known the fear of the despots and appointed criminals who, before them, were sent scurrying back into the cracks from whence they oozed.

It is a civilization that long ago became shrouded by misguided "progressiveness" in the name of an ever throttling elitist class that is very near accomplishing the reconstruction of that land into something resembling a pseudo contemporary Grecian society of government-dependency addled sycophants.

How do we get back there? Hmmm. We can follow a path that's already been walked for us, starting with some reading those principled men left behind....

He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

Death Is Yours ... If You Want It (Revisited)




A NOTE FROM SNARKY: While I'm on vacation this week, sneaking up to Pennsylvania to sabotage Barack Obama's visit and the Occupy Skid Row movement's plan to make Philadelphia even filthier, I'll be reposting some of the more popular offerings of this site, just for Ema, so she knows that trolls like her can't possibly begin to measure up to what this site has accomplished over the past 4 years. I am an expatriate in reverse. I left America to find America. When I returned, I found America a writhing, swollen, tumor infested beast, wriggling in the throes of death.


That was nearly 20 years ago. It takes a long time for a bloated bureaucracy to die.


Now I sit on my front porch and monitor the decay from an iPhone, like some detached scientist, keeping data, talking notes, bookmarking doom, plotting charts that prove my hypothesis: We're all going to die.


I am a prognosticator, a Nostradamus, ready to flip to the last page of the Mayan calendar. A false prophet.


Of course we're all going to die; humans weren't meant to be immortal. Thank God for that. The problem is we are all dying of loss, a loss of self, a loss of responsibility, a loss of personal dignity. Premature rigor mortis. We still live and breathe and pump cholesterol clogged blood through our veins. But outside we die a nanosecond at a time as the world passes by, microscopic oblivion ex utero.


When nearly 50 percent of the taxpayers pay no tax at all and demand that the 10% of the highest earners who already suffer 70% of the tax burden pay more, when we give up basic freedoms for the "comfort" and "security" of government "protection," when we eschew freedom for "safety," only death is inevitable. The death of individuality. The death of rational thought. The death of a way of life we couldn't possibly have had anywhere else. The death of a country.


So I sit here on my porch, watching it all, trapping the images in these words, photographing in hi definition the end.


It's a God-damned comedy of horrors.

The news is filled with cannibalism. A man takes synthetic bath salts and chews off the face of another man in broad daylight on a Miami causeway. Both are naked. No one knows why. A gay porn star mails pieces of human flesh to political offices. He sends videos to fans. He blames Hollywood.


The paranoid fear the zombie apocalypse is nigh. It's been here for decades, if not a century. We just never noticed.


Zombie politicians began devouring our lives, our freedoms, our human-ness long before the images of freaked out psychopaths scrolled across our 50-inch TV screens, the very ones on which we watched Jeopardy and American Idol and Jersey Shore, while zombie cannibals in our local municipalities and state capitols and the District of Criminals gutted us from within. And it wasn't even surreptitious. The gutting occurred before our very eyes. We were just too blind to see. Now we live on life support: HDTV, Xbox, takeout Chinese. We get fat from Big Gulps and digital over-stimulation, as we bleed our insides out into government coffers, knowingly.


We are not sheep: we are slaves.

When I lived in Germany in the early 90s, a soldier "fighting for my country" in a guard shack, I'd walk around the villages and cities of my adopted country and meet people who were in denial. When you start two world wars and eviscerate the population of a continent, you no longer have a sense of self. Socialism was rampant. Kids graduated from high school expecting the government to cradle them. Government assistance checks were a badge of honor. If you were a young woman and uncomfortable with your bra size, a government boob job magically transformed your confidence. A good day was drinking your way through breakfast and lunch and dinner and collapsing on a bench at a bus stop. Four years in the pit of a cradle to grave society taught me there was no better place on earth than America.


But what I came back to wasn't what I had left. I've seen federal government agents kill American citizens for no reason at all. I've seen young people no longer embrace the values my parents taught me: work hard, be your own man, expect nothing but what you earn by the sweat of your own brow. It's as if I came back only to find I was still living in the apathetic society I'd left behind in Germany. I returned to participation trophies for being born and people spending $100,000 to earn sociology degrees so they can never earn more than $50,000 a year.


I came back to madness.


It's accelerated beyond belief these past four years. My iPhone wants to replace "people" with "proletariat" as i type. Free has now replaced freedom as the fundamental purpose of life in America. Satire is now reality; we're living a Ray Bradbury novel, an Ayn Rand prophecy, a George Orwell realization.

Aphorisms for our times race through my head. Weird scenes inside the dumb mind. Something wicked has already come. What rough beast slouches toward Washington to make you bow down.


We've been living in strange times for as long as I can remember. I was born during Vietnam; I now write during Americanam. The yoke of government is so locked around our necks I fear we may never break free.


The days ahead are dangerous. When a sitting president who has accomplished nothing but corruption and anguish and doled out more than your fair share of abuse has a chance to win re-election, we may already be over the cliff.


In these spend times we are nearing end times. The center cannot hold. It's already beyond being off axis.


In the coming 5 months we have a decision to make. Do we let our country die? Do we let our way of life die? Do we let ourselves die?


Choosing Mitt Romney over Barack Obama is infinitely more palatable than continuing on this path of destruction we follow. We have great sacrifices to make. We will have to retire later than we planned. We will have to expect less government entitlements than we were "promised" when we were forced to give the government our money to fund them. Then more money. And still more money. (Hell, every year we vote to tax ourselves locally for infrastructure projects many of us never see come to life, because often that money is diverted to other expenditures, just like the entitlement taxes we pay.) We will have to make the biggest gut check of our lives. We will have to hold the limbs of the people we elect to take over this monstrosity to more than just a fire; we will have to tie them to a rack and torture them, if necessary, to right this sinking ship.


I don't know if we have the stomach for it. I don't know if we are brave enough. I don't know if we can disconnect from the shroud of unreality we create for ourselves to get through every second and minute and hour of every day.


But we must. If we don't, it's all over. And the death throes our country has been experiencing for longer than I've been alive will accelerate.


And it will entirely be our own fault.


We'll have to live with that, until we don't. Live, that is.

It's All Falling Apart for Barack Obama

It's time for Barack Obama to shed some tears. The wheels are coming off his rainbow covered bus. It's all falling apart. Come January, you'll see David Axelrod as a pall bearer, hoisting the coffin of a dead presidency on its way out of the District of Criminals.

The lapdog media is getting wise. Democrats are boycotting the DNC, to avoid the train wreck of a failed amateur, looking beyond what they anticipate will be Obama's single term, and positioning themselves to survive the aftermath. Jay Leno is slamming Obama's campaign spending. Hollywood is worried about Obama's celebrity.

It's all too delicious.

And now comes this: Obama's own base is turning on him over his 23rd hour invocation of executive privilege this week, calling him a "sheep in wolf's clothing."

BOOM!
The garbage propagated by the Obama Administration is not going unnoticed by some liberals. Some are indeed calling him out.

The irony. The hilarity. The "chickens coming home to roost." I could die laughing right now.

But it gets better. Gallup has Obama's approval rating down to 43%, a staggering drop of 7% in just two weeks, and Rasmussen has Mitt Romney up 5 points now. That's what happens when you manhandle the Constitution not once but twice in 7 days.

It's a long summer ahead, but it looks to be a blistering one for the most arrogant man in the world.

He deserves it.

Obama Needs More Bacon


When Barack Obama opens his ample mouth, people make fun of him. You can take anything the man says and turn it against him. It's just too easy.

Statements like this make my world go round (about Mitt Romney's 2012 campaign): "You can pretty much put their campaign on, on a tweet and have some characters to spare." (Notice the grammar gaffe, "on, on.")

Queue the LOLOLOLOL:

While we know from the president's mouth that Moochelle Obama doesn't quite like to put things in her mouth,  it's obvious that Obama needs to fill his own. I suggest more bacon; a nice Burger King bacon sundae ought to do the trick.

Moochelle might not approve, but then she has a habit of planning lavish, high-calorie dinners on your dime because, well, she can:

The White House has proposed mandating meals for elementary school kids that include none of these items, or anything like them. Here, for example, is the Wednesday lunch from a proposal on the White House website. 
Chef’s salad: (1 cup romaine, .5 oz low-fat mozzarella, 1.5 oz grilled chicken) with whole wheat bread
Soft pretzel (2.5 oz)
Corn, cooked (1/2 cup)
Baby carrots, raw (1/4 cup)
Banana
Skim chocolate milk (8 oz)
Low fat ranch dressing (1.5 oz)
Low fat italian dressing (1.5 oz) 
Here’s what the governors got: 
Garden salad
Bread and butter
Ribeye steak 12 oz
Creamed spinach
Crab mac and cheese
Pear tart with ice cream
White wine 
Based on conservative estimates of caloric totals for each of the items that found their way to the governors’ plates, and assuming consumption of a single glass of wine from the bottles that were placed on the tables, the total intake amounted to about 2,250 calories. 
The recommended intake for an adult male during AN ENTIRE DAY is about 2,500 calories. For women, it’s about 2,000 calories.
You won't find that menu in Moochelle's new book, American Grown, but then again you have to show identification to get her to sign it while in most states you can vote if you're dead. It's all part of her Marie Antoinette act, telling you what's black and white for you to eat, all while she plays out 50 shades of grey on a daily basis as only a Demorrhoid can.


Dinner is even better if you attend an Obama fundraiser:


And break out your roulette wheel. You, too, can choose the next celebrity guest for a fundraising dinner! My lucky stars; I think it should be Madonna, baring itty bitty titty.

Such is life when you spend too much time jetting around the world, while your husband golfs and smashes fundraising records. It's hard to keep your focus. Did someone say we need more jobs?



Speaking of jobs, the Theft-Winger in Chief's Twitter account has been tweeting incessantly about the importance for the nation to hire more federal firefighters and teachers, the president apparently forgetting that there aren't any to begin with.

Which begs the question: Was it a Chevy Volt?

Bacon, Mr. President. Fill that big mouth with bacon. You may also want to try some Cherokee.

Without the Lapdog Media, Obama Is Doomed


Minister of Disinformation Jay Carney and the rest of Barack Obama's minions are running scared.

For the first time in a long time the national press called Obama out yesterday, for his "doing just fine" comment last week on the state of the private sector economy. (Except Juan Williams, who parroted Obama, his central processing unit showing its usual signs of damage.)

Carney's response to the press: "you all ought to do your jobs and report on the context" of Obama's gaffe.
I can simply refer you again to what the President talked about as he stood here before you in the context of his rather full discussion of the state of the economy, and the simple fact that in this recovery has seen 4.3 million jobs in the private sector created – it has also seen a situation where, because of massive layoffs of teachers, firefighters and police officers – a reduction in the public sector. And by public sector, we’re talking about state and local governments who have had to layoff teachers from classrooms, firefighters from the force and police officers from the force. That was the context of his comments which I think everyone in this room was aware of at the time.
I watched Obama's "rather full discussion" of the state of economy, resisting the urge to commit seppuku. What I heard was lethargic script reading. He said nothing we didn't already know. Obama was about as lively as a dead fish, except during the questioning period following his "rather full discussion"-- in which he said, with his usual arrogance, that it was offensive for the GOP to accuse his administration of being the source of national security leaks. (Shockingly, it turns out the Obama machine probably is.)


In fact, Obama's defiance in the face of questions about sensitive information leaks is exactly what Carney demonstrated yesterday. Carney's blustering was symptomatic of the administration's official policy in response to controversy: Bully, bully, bully.

And it's more revealing of what's really bothering the administration: If the lapdog media is finally waking up from a four-year Obama high, if the lapdog media is going to start questioning this president and his record (or lack thereof), if the lapdog media is going to start moving toward giving even 10% fair coverage in this election, Obama's in for a tough road.

Obama NEEDS the lapdog media. The lapdog media made Obama because they didn't vet him. The lapdog media didn't tell voters about Jeremiah Wright. The lapdog media didn't tell voters about Bill Ayers. The lapdog media didn't tell voters Obama's ties to ACORN. The lapdog media didn't question the lack of transparency from the candidate who promised the most transparent administration in history. Instead, the lapdog media were caught up in hope and change and presumably snorting unicorn farts. The election of the first black president of these now fractured United States promised to eradicate hundreds of years of bad treatment of minorities in this country in one fell swoop. It would reverse history. It would transform America into a utopia. It would heal all wounds and stem all tides and spread rainbows across the land. Consider the saccharine profile the Washington Post ran on Obama on August 22, 2008.

Mitt Romney, meanwhile, doesn't need the lapdog media. He's already overcome an anti-saccharine, trumped-up WaPo story about his so-called bullying youth and the administration's fiasco in using the lapdog media to denigrate Romney's tenure at Bain Capital, which didn't turn out to be 1/10th as bad as Obama 2012 and the media claimed it was. (Always remember, the lapdog media will tell you one or two "bad" facts but leave out 10 other positive facts, in order to advance the left's narrative.) Romney, in fact, has us, the legion of electronic conservative pundits and activists and everyday citizens who've had enough of the socialist nightmare freight train we're on. Obama has Media Matters, living-with-mom-@Shoq, Mother Jones, and a host of other energized but failing online rejects who couldn't hold a candle to us if we gave them all the wax and wicks in this country.

And we've vetted Romney. We excoriated him during the brutal Republican primaries. We've been harder on him than a rattlesnake treats its prey. I'd wager that, if Romney wins, his administration is going to pay a lot more attention to what the online community and the American people as a whole are telling him about the state of the country than Obama did, probably because he won't be breaking any presidential golfing or fundraising records. The lapdog media isn't going to win any fans. They're not going to do 1/32nd of the job that we will. They've become a de facto arm of the government, and, when leftists are in charge, as long as the president isn't sleeping with interns, they've been content to massage press releases and bland statements from the Whitehouse and pass them off as their own insights.

Until, apparently, now.


If the lapdog media is waking up, if they're becoming aware, if they're finally starting to question this administration, Obama might as well just pack up and quit now, while he's behind.

Death is yours ... if you want it



I am an expatriate in reverse. I left America to find America. When I returned, I found America a writhing, swollen, tumor infested beast, wriggling in the throes of death.


That was nearly 20 years ago. It takes a long time for a bloated bureaucracy to die.


Now I sit on my front porch and monitor the decay from an iPhone, like some detached scientist, keeping data, talking notes, bookmarking doom, plotting charts that prove my hypothesis: We're all going to die.


I am a prognosticator, a Nostradamus, ready to flip to the last page of the Mayan calendar. A false prophet.


Of course we're all going to die; humans weren't meant to be immortal. Thank God for that. The problem is we are all dying of loss, a loss of self, a loss of responsibility, a loss of personal dignity. Premature rigor mortis. We still live and breathe and pump cholesterol clogged blood through our veins. But outside we die a nanosecond at a time as the world passes by, microscopic oblivion ex utero.


When nearly 50 percent of the taxpayers pay no tax at all and demand that the 10% of the highest earners who already suffer 70% of the tax burden pay more, when we give up basic freedoms for the "comfort" and "security" of government "protection," when we eschew freedom for "safety," only death is inevitable. The death of individuality. The death of rational thought. The death of a way of life we couldn't possibly have had anywhere else. The death of a country.


So I sit here on my porch, watching it all, trapping the images in these words, photographing in hi definition the end.


It's a God-damned comedy of horrors.

The news is filled with cannibalism. A man takes synthetic bath salts and chews off the face of another man in broad daylight on a Miami causeway. Both are naked. No one knows why. A gay porn star mails pieces of human flesh to political offices. He sends videos to fans. He blames Hollywood.


The paranoid fear the zombie apocalypse is nigh. It's been here for decades, if not a century. We just never noticed.


Zombie politicians began devouring our lives, our freedoms, our human-ness long before the images of freaked out psychopaths scrolled across our 50-inch TV screens, the very ones on which we watched Jeopardy and American Idol and Jersey Shore, while zombie cannibals in our local municipalities and state capitols and the District of Criminals gutted us from within. And it wasn't even surreptitious. The gutting occurred before our very eyes. We were just too blind to see. Now we live on life support: HDTV, Xbox, takeout Chinese. We get fat from Big Gulps and digital over-stimulation, as we bleed our insides out into government coffers, knowingly.


We are not sheep: we are slaves.

When I lived in Germany in the early 90s, a soldier "fighting for my country" in a guard shack, I'd walk around the villages and cities of my adopted country and meet people who were in denial. When you start two world wars and eviscerate the population of a continent, you no longer have a sense of self. Socialism was rampant. Kids graduated from high school expecting the government to cradle them. Government assistance checks were a badge of honor. If you were a young woman and uncomfortable with your bra size, a government boob job magically transformed your confidence. A good day was drinking your way through breakfast and lunch and dinner and collapsing on a bench at a bus stop. Four years in the pit of a cradle to grave society taught me there was no better place on earth than America.


But what I came back to wasn't what I had left. I've seen federal government agents kill American citizens for no reason at all. I've seen young people no longer embrace the values my parents taught me: work hard, be your own man, expect nothing but what you earn by the sweat of your own brow. It's as if I came back only to find I was still living in the apathetic society I'd left behind in Germany. I returned to participation trophies for being born and people spending $100,000 to earn sociology degrees so they can never earn more than $50,000 a year.


I came back to madness.


It's accelerated beyond belief these past four years. My iPhone wants to replace "people" with "proletariat" as i type. Free has now replaced freedom as the fundamental purpose of life in America. Satire is now reality; we're living a Ray Bradbury novel, an Ayn Rand prophecy, a George Orwell realization.

Aphorisms for our times race through my head. Weird scenes inside the dumb mind. Something wicked has already come. What rough beast slouches toward Washington to make you bow down.


We've been living in strange times for as long as I can remember. I was born during Vietnam; I now write during Americanam. The yoke of government is so locked around our necks I fear we may never break free.


The days ahead are dangerous. When a sitting president who has accomplished nothing but corruption and anguish and doled out more than your fair share of abuse has a chance to win re-election, we may already be over the cliff.


In these spend times we are nearing end times. The center cannot hold. It's already beyond being off axis.


In the coming 5 months we have a decision to make. Do we let our country die? Do we let our way of life die? Do we let ourselves die?


Choosing Mitt Romney over Barack Obama is infinitely more palatable than continuing on this path of destruction we follow. We have great sacrifices to make. We will have to retire later than we planned. We will have to expect less government entitlements than we were "promised" when we were forced to give the government our money to fund them. Then more money. And still more money. (Hell, every year we vote to tax ourselves locally for infrastructure projects many of us never see come to life, because often that money is diverted to other expenditures, just like the entitlement taxes we pay.) We will have to make the biggest gut check of our lives. We will have to hold the limbs of the people we elect to take over this monstrosity to more than just a fire; we will have to tie them to a rack and torture them, if necessary, to right this sinking ship.


I don't know if we have the stomach for it. I don't know if we are brave enough. I don't know if we can disconnect from the shroud of unreality we create for ourselves to get through every second and minute and hour of every day.


But we must. If we don't, it's all over. And the death throes our country has been experiencing for longer than I've been alive will accelerate.


And it will entirely be our own fault.


We'll have to live with that, until we don't. Live, that is.
